Hello... anyone out there?

Hey,
My computer crashed back in September and I've been scared to go on here with my work computer. I have a bunch of techies at work and the last thing I would want is someone to find this little part of my world which I consider completely my own...
A few updates... I'm living with my sweetheart now... big step... he's been here since November. Things are going very well - it feels good to be happy. I still struggle with moments of vulnerability sometimes. After being hurt in so many ways and on so many levels, it can be scary to trust again. I am so grateful for his patience with me. We met at my friend's wedding - I was a bridesmaid and he was paired as my groomsman. Pretty cute :)
Things with my work are busy as always. I did accomplish a huge "life" goal I had: I am now a first aid and CPR instructor and I teach classes largely on a volunteer basis. After being a first aider on so many scenes, I wanted to be able to teach as many people as possible as my little contribution to a greater good. There are always so many people just standing around a scene without a clue. (Pssst, if you don't have first aid and CPR, get it).
